Fran Stuart

Fran is licensed in both Colorado and New Mexico to teach K-6th Elementary Education. With experience in both public and homeschool settings, she is committed to a hybrid model of education incorporating structured academics into an enrichment and play-based program She hand-tailors her instructional plans according to student's personal development, understanding, interest, and ability. Specializing in ELA, Fran supports the development of literacy skills from early through upper grades with ease and enjoys fostering hands-on learning opportunities in science, math, and social studies. Her passions include horseback riding, swimming, SCUBA diving, and her new little granddaughter infusing daily opportunities to be out in nature into her program.

Lacey Wheeler

With a Master's degree in Music, Lacey has taught piano and voice lessons for 23 years and early childhood group music classes for 13 years. After many years of studying child development and psychology, she understands well how music impacts a child's life and brain. She is a masterful educator. Students in her piano studio and early childhood classes receive an incredible musical education and have FUN! Lacey loves the joy and passion that sparks from a deep connection between music and children. She loves music, loves kids, loves teaching, and is a very warm, enthusiastic person.  In her free time, Lacey enjoys cooking, health and wellness, attending live music and musical theatre, and spending time out in nature with her husband and two little girls.

Kate Otte

Kate teaches multi-media art exploration sessions. With ten years of experience teaching multiple grade levels at The Dawson School, Kate brings both enthusiasm and creativity. From drawing and painting to printmaking, metal embossing, sculpture, and clay work students will use different art materials and learn a variety of art techniques. She is incredible with children, tailoring projects to all ages and abilities.
